Meet the Team

Dr. Gregory Kaplan is a seasoned general dentist and respected industry leader with over 40 years of experience in private practice, academic instruction, and dental group management. He is known for his dedication to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and advancing the business and operational sides of dentistry.

A graduate of the University of Southern California (USC), Dr. Kaplan earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Ostrow School of Dentistry, where he later served as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry for over a decade. He holds dental licenses in California, Texas, and Florida, and has led multiple multi-specialty dental practices, including Wilshire Center Dental Group and Smile By Design.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Kaplan has served on numerous quality-of-care committees and dental boards, including Delta Dental of California and the American Academy of Dental Group Practice, where he served as President. He is also a published author, contributor to professional journals, and a frequent lecturer at national dental conferences.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kaplan is a passionate waterman who enjoys boating, swimming, and fishing—often making day trips to Catalina Island. He also cherishes time with his granddaughters and has a creative side, having co-produced a children’s animated book titled Lip Monsters.

Dr. Rima Gandhi is a dedicated general dentist with over 12 years of clinical experience in both India and the United States. She is committed to delivering comprehensive care with an emphasis on patient education and long-term oral health. A lifelong learner, Dr. Gandhi stays up to date with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.

She earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from P.M.N.M. Dental College & Hospital in India and her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry. Her clinical interests include full mouth rehabilitation and cosmetic dentistry, with a special focus on smile design using veneers, crowns, and implant-supported restorations.

Dr. Gandhi’s skill set includes CAD/CAM (CEREC) crown preparation, surgical extractions—including wisdom teeth—implant placement, and the creation of personalized, simplified treatment plans that lead to lasting results. Known for her positive attitude, creativity, and collaborative spirit, she is dedicated to making each patient’s dental journey comfortable, informed, and transformative.

Dr. Winnie Gupta is a dedicated and compassionate general dentist with over seven years of experience delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She is committed to serving a diverse patient population and provides a full range of dental services, from routine preventive care to more complex restorative treatments.

Dr. Gupta earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry in 2018. Prior to that, she completed her dental training at Mahatma Gandhi University in Kerala, India, in 2014. Since 2018, she has practiced in Chicago as both an associate and lead dentist, gaining extensive experience in comprehensive dental care before recently relocating to the Bay Area.

Her clinical expertise includes restorative, endodontic, and prosthodontic procedures for patients of all ages. Dr. Gupta is also experienced in digital dentistry, including 3D intraoral scanning, and is certified in clear aligner therapy. She prioritizes patient comfort, efficiency, and collaborative team-based care, while continually expanding her knowledge through ongoing education.

Dr. Gupta looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Dr. Roshni Desai is a warm and experienced pediatric dentist committed to creating positive dental experiences for children and families. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the Arizona School of Dentistry in 2019, followed by hands-on experience in both general and pediatric practices in San Diego, CA.

Her passion for working with children led her to complete a Certificate in Advanced Pediatric Dentistry at the USC Ostrow School of Dentistry. She is board eligible and highly skilled in behavior management, comprehensive treatment planning, and various sedation techniques—including oral conscious sedation and general anesthesia.

Known for her gentle chairside manner and ability to build trust with both children and parents, Dr. Desai strives to make every visit stress-free and encouraging. Outside of the office, she enjoys yoga, tennis, traveling, music, and spending time with her family and friends.

Sonam Lhamo is a detail-oriented and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist committed to delivering high-quality oral care and education. She earned her Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Chabot College in Hayward, CA, in June 2020 and holds certifications in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, CPR, AED, BLS, and dental radiography.

Sonam brings extensive clinical experience to her role, including performing thorough dental cleanings such as scaling and root planing and administering fluoride treatments. She is skilled in taking X-rays and utilizing digital imaging for diagnostics and patient education. With a strong focus on patient comfort and preventive care, Sonam collaborates closely with dentists to address complex periodontal conditions.

Her dedication to maintaining a sterile, safe environment and educating patients on effective oral hygiene practices makes her an invaluable member of the dental care team.

Edris Kareemzadeh is a dedicated and patient-centered Registered Dental Hygienist with over 12 years of clinical practice. He has extensive experience working in private and multi-specialty dental practices, where he is known for delivering exceptional periodontal care and building strong, trust-based patient relationships.

Edris specializes in comprehensive periodontal therapy, including scaling and root planing (SRP), periodontal maintenance, local anesthesia administration, and laser-assisted procedures. His gentle and thorough approach prioritizes patient comfort while supporting long-term oral health. Through clear, collaborative co-diagnosing communication, he helps patients better understand their treatment needs—leading to improved case acceptance and stronger oral health outcomes.

Edris earned his Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from Carrington College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from California State University, East Bay. He is fluent in Turkish and Farsi and previously led a dental consulting and management company where he supported practices in strengthening hygiene services and improving quality of care.

Dr. Wu obtained his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Harvard University.  He also earned his Orthodontic Certification and Master’s Degree in Oral Biology from Harvard University.

Having spent much of his childhood in the San Francisco Bay Area, Dr. Wu attended Middle School and High School on the Peninsula. During High School, Dr. Wu developed a keen interest in dentistry while volunteering at a community dental clinic. Following High School, Dr. Wu attended UCLA and graduated with honors in the field of Molecular Cell Developmental Biology.

Dr. Wu’s passion for his profession is well reflected in his ongoing involvement at the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the San Mateo Dental Society.  Dr. Wu enjoys attending numerous continuing education classes to keep himself up to date with the latest dental and orthodontic developments.

With over fifteen years of orthodontic experience, Dr. Wu has treated thousands of satisfied patients in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is a dedicated doctor who only wants what is best for his patients. He is diligent in delivering the best care and exceptional services to the patients under his care. Additionally, Dr. Wu is bilingual in both Mandarin and English.

During his free time, Dr. Wu enjoys hiking, watching movies, and spending time with his wife and children. Dr. Wu is excited to become a member of the Harmony team and is looking forward to meeting with you and your family.

A Bay Area native, Dr. Brody received both her doctorate of dental surgery and postgraduate training in periodontics at the University of California, San Francisco. While at UCSF, she also received a master’s degree in oral and craniofacial sciences with a research focus on the treatment of peri-implant disease. Prior to UCSF, Dr. Brody received a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology at Scripps College in Claremont, CA.

Her research on the use of probiotics in the treatment of periodontal disease has been published in multiple periodontal journals, in addition to earning her a research award from the American Academy of Periodontology. Dr. Brody’s other honors include the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and the American Academy of Periodontology Achievement Award.

Dr. Karishma Shah is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care in a relaxed and caring environment.

She has recently moved to the Bay Area after completing her endodontic training at New York University, one of the most respected endodontic programs in the country. There, she received training in cutting-edge techniques and technologies in the fields of endodontics, endodontic microsurgery, and retreatments. Dr. Shah is a D.D.S graduate from the University of California, San Francisco. She also has a Master’s in Restorative Dentistry from the University of Leeds in the UK, graduating with honors. Having studied and practiced dentistry in three different continents, Dr. Shah brings a unique perspective and deep empathy to patient care.

In her spare time, Dr. Shah likes to go hiking with her husband and son. Her professional affiliations include the American Association of Endodontics, the American Dental Association, and the California Dental Association.

Dr. Jay Fedorowicz is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon who received his dental degree from the University of Detroit Mercy, then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry and residency at Bolling Air Force Base, Washington D.C. He served one tour as a United States Air Force general dental officer in Japan before completing his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield. Dr. Fedorowicz practiced as a military surgeon focusing on sedation, dental extractions, dental implants, and facial deformities in Japan, Korea, and Tampa Florida treating military active duty personnel, family members, and retirees.

After practicing for eight years, he was selected for a two-year fellowship program in Head and Neck Oncologic and Microvascular Reconstruction Surgery at the University of California San Francisco Fresno. He further broadened his scope of practice to include head & neck cancer treatment and reconstruction surgery. During the fellowship, he maintained his oral surgery skills as a faculty at the University of San Francisco Fresno School of Medicine teaching future oral surgeons.

Dr. Fedorowicz is a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, as well as a Fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. Furthermore, he is certified in Elective Facial Cosmetic Surgery in California, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS.

His professional motto is to be a good listener and an empathetic surgeon who provides the best personal care possible for his patients.

During his free time, Dr. Fedorowicz goes bike riding with his daughter and baseball training with his son. He and his wife enjoy cooking and exploring various ethnic cuisines. Most of all, he loves to relax at home with his dog, Mukku.
